Paynetik facilitates the processing of payments between Users and their customers. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of Transaction processing. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Paynetik is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information you provide for Transactions.
• Paynetik is not liable for any losses or damages arising from any delays or failures in the processing of Transactions.

7. Fees

We may charge fees for the use of our Services. The fees applicable to your use of our Services will be clearly disclosed to you prior to the processing of any Transaction. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of our Services.

8. Security

We prioritize the security of your data and Transactions. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

9. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your use or inability to use the Services;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Paynetik operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
